Supreme was great! Our plumber was Joe, who was efficient and thorough. We had two shut off valves and the he main house shut off valve. He also threw in a water quality test. Gave us very helpful info (they sell sell some purifiers/filters, but he wasn’t pushy). They also do financing for some larger jobs. Highly recommend them!
Ricardo installed my water furnace geothermal unit. So far working well. He patiently answered all my questions, was very respectful and tidied up each day after his work. He worked a long day the first day in conjunction with Connelly drilling to ensure the unit was up and running so I wouldn’t be without heat.
I do want to add that Supreme could improve on assigning someone so the customer knows who to contact with questions. Once Ryan the sales guy had me sign the contract, I found it very hard to find someone to figure out the next steps. It would have been nice for Ryan to say that his part is done and give me contact details of a project manager at the beginning. Coordination between supreme and the drilling company was poor. Still trying to get Supreme to update the contract to include the updated warranty. Charlie AI can't really help much other than say someone will call me back. Most times I am waiting a long time for that return call. The owner of Connelly Drilling though was very responsive and prompt in replying to concerns and questions.
Youssef is a knowledgeable, professional and personable tech. I feel like he consistently listens to try and address the multiple issues that have occurred with our steam system (installed 5 years ago by this company) to get adequate heat in more of our radiators.
Today he did setup with testing on a part installed by a different technician yesterday. (The other tech left without informing me there was an error message showing on the display of the new part.)
Now after a few more small changes in the boiler settings, I am hopeful that after 5 years of inadequate heating on the 2nd floor, that even if it’s still not close to my old system, we should hopefully finally have more heat upstairs than we have in the previous 5 winters since the installation.
The technician, Will was very professional and knowledgeable by explaining all requirements to repair my system with a clear understanding. He showed me photos that matched the explanations of the repairs. He is also very knowledgeable of replacement systems that I chose to purchase with assistance from Ryan. They were both patient with answering all of my questions of the new heating system. They are truly a great asset for this company and would highly recommend them to other potential customers.
My downstairs basement toilet and shower kept backing up despite DIY fixes. Joe K. From Supreme came and was here most of the day diagnosing and clearing my clogged pipes. He was clean, efficient and respectful of my home. I would recommend Supreme to my neighbors. Unfortunately I have a broken pipe that needs replacing and they helped me with financing options and speedy dates to complete the repair. Thanks, Joe.
After a regular maintenance plan visit by Supreme Service Today, I was told that my 14-year-old Trane heat pump had a leak on the inside unit coil. The technician notified his supervisor, Garrett, who came by within 30 minutes and verified technician's findings. Then Garrett, with Denny the owner on the phone, sat down with me and patiently went through different options of either repair or replacement. In the end, I decided to go with the replacement proposal due to the age of existing system. Garrett showed patience, courtesy and professionalism throughout our conversation. His knowledge and advice was very helpful in my making the decision. A happy customer for 10+ years with Supreme Service Today (used to be "Supreme Air", I remember), I will continue to stay with them to enjoy their quality service!
Our heat stopped working at 10pm Thanksgiving night. I was able to schedule an appointment that night for first thing the next morning on their website and received a call at 8am that the technician would be there in 30 to 45 minutes.
Youssef was incredible and took his time explaining the issue as well as possible remediations. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the problem and our heat was back on by 10am. I could not ask for better service and will gladly continue to have my HVAC serviced and maintained by Supreme.
Supreme Service knocks it out on f the park again. It was just a maintenance service call this time, however they also installed the units. On both occasions they were the definitions of professional. They were on time, very efficient, spotless clean, and very personable. Jose M took additional time after their work to explain everything and give great pointers on how to keep the unites clean and running for a long time. I have already and will continue to suggest Supreme Service for all of anyone’s HVAC needs. They really are the best!
Mr. Nazim O. was very professional, knowledgeable, personable; and explained the entire repair process to us in detail. He repaired our AC in no time! We were so relieved! Additionally, he is a very kind and empathetic person, as is his Supervisor, Mr. Ryan - whom we talked to on the phone about a possible future order. We give this Company 5 stars! P.S. It was also very easy to schedule Service with this Company; the entire process - scheduling and repair - from start to finish was smooth and prompt. Very grateful to have them in our Metro Area!
